Prominently located along Interstate-15 and Metro Salt Lake City’s planned lightrail at the gateway of Utah Valley, this new campus for Adobe sets a new standard for sustainable tech campuses. Designated LEED Gold, the project carefully integrates buildings and site within the native ecological setting. The landscape provides 50% of the site area as protected and restored habitat, 52% designated as open space, and a 58% reduction of potable water (from the baseline case).

High desert plant material defines strong geometrical berms, frames dramatic views towards surrounding mountains, screens the view from the inner courtyard to the adjacent freeway, and buffers prevailing winds. These designed micro-climates encourage outdoor employee recreation.
